40 Days for Life Windsor

Windsor Essex County Right to Life Association sponsors the 40 Days for Life campaigns held in Windsor.  The 40 Days for Life campaigns are held twice a year. The first campaign always begins on Ash Wednesday and ends on Palm Sunday. It is known as the Spring Campaign. The Fall Campaign begins toward the end of September and lasts until the first Sunday of November.

The  40 Days for Life vigil is held outside of Windsor Regional Hospital, Metropolitan Campus. We hold a peaceful prayer vigil along Tecumseh Road East where it borders the front of the hospital, along the public right of way (sidewalk only).  Our vigil is for 12 hours a day for 40 Days,  seven days a week.

Please consider joining us as we pray to end abortion

To sign up for an hour during the day or more information please phone the Windsor Essex County Right to Life office at 519-969-7555.

Participation in 40 Days for Life has been a tremendous blessing to those who commit to weekly hours as often as their schedule permits! No one has to worry that they can't give enough or that the commitment is burdensome. Ask yourself what would you be willing to sacrifice for 40 days to save a child's life from abortion? We give what we can and pray for the Lord to bless our offering.

It would be wonderful to see the calendar filled with groups of 2 or 3 prayer volunteers covering the 12 hour days! What a blessing it would be for our community!

What a blessing when even one life is spared!
