UPDATE: Sign the official online petition here. On May 2nd, 2016, Parliament will hold a debate in the House of Common's on Bill C-225, "Cassie and Molly's Law".

The father and grandmother of murder victim Molly Grace Kaake-Durham speak out about crimes against pregnant women going unpunished by Canadian law. Molly was less than ten weeks from being born when she and her mother Cassandra were brutally slain in their house in Windsor Ontario Canada in December of 2014.

Molly Matters is their effort to have this crime acknowledged and punished by the Canadian legal system.

Canadian criminal law currently does not acknowledge the existence of children until they have fully exited their mother's womb. Canada is one of the only countries in the world that has no law to punish violent offenders for crimes against pregnant women and their children.
