The video then goes on to speak of a man who intruded a Japanese care facility and killed many of its disabled residents. He did this because he felt that these people were better off dead then disabled.
After carrying out the attack, the man left a letter for the authorities which attempted to justify his actions. The video then shows how Sachiko responded to this attack. It also poses some key question regarding how society views the disabled.
